For the Filmora V15 release, I worked on brand-led motion design and visual refinement supporting the product’s next evolution. The project emphasized clarity, consistency, and scalability—ensuring the visual language could translate seamlessly across formats, regions, and platforms.
After the core brand video was completed, I led the brand localization and cutdown phase, extending the master visuals into region-ready and platform-specific assets while maintaining motion integrity and brand coherence.
Scope of Work
- Brand motion design and animation support for the Filmora V15 launch
- Title animation and typography refinement aligned with the V15 visual identity
- Shot adjustments and motion polish to improve rhythm and pacing
- Leadership of brand localization workflows post–brand film delivery
- Planning and execution of multi-format cutdowns (vertical, short-form, social)
- Cross-team coordination to ensure consistency across localized outputs
Approach
Rather than treating localization and cutdowns as simple adaptations, the focus was on preserving narrative intent and motion hierarchy across formats. Motion systems were designed to remain flexible—allowing for regional messaging, pacing differences, and platform constraints without diluting the brand’s visual voice.
Outcome
The work resulted in a cohesive set of localized and short-form brand assets derived from the Filmora V15 hero film—supporting global rollout while keeping visual quality, timing, and brand expression consistent across all executions.

Social Media
In this project, I also led the adaptation and cutdowns for Filmora's Social Media contents. Besides, I was consulting the design guideline for our social medial channels
